When our computer went down during a bad storm I was panicking because we didn't have a back up of the computer. Within 2 hours they had someone at my work shop to fix the computer and get my data back as well. Not only that, I asked them to write a report for me for my insurance and within 2 days I had it in my email and in the post.

We had a small problem so we decided to try IT Fanatics instead of our usual IT company since we weren't entirely happy with them anyway. They passed the test and since then we have not looked back. Over the space of 3 months we had them properly set up our Windows server which now works the way it should and set up Exchange which we didn't even know we had. They helped us move office making the process seamless and even helped us pick out a new phone system, calling potential supplier for us to make sure that it did everything we needed from a technical perspective.

To date we have had 3 of the IT Fanatics team members at different times and in each case they have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. It's great to know we have the IT support we need as we expand our business. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We highly recommend them.

Ray was helpful, friendly and best of all knew what he was doing. Not only did he fix my problem but helped me to clean this computer up to prevent further problems. Ray made the effort to call ahead and let me know he was running a little late which I really appreciated. What a great idea and a great service. I had no idea there was a place you could call and get someone to actually come to you and help you with your computer. I was dreading having to pull apart my computer, put it in the car, take it to a shop. This is absolutely a superb service that I'd willingly commend to others. A great experience all round.
