For just $60 and up to 30 minutes, you could be off and racing again in no time... Not every computer problem is a major issue, nor does every problem require an onsite service. Very few IT service businesses offer telephone support. Our goal is customer satisfaction and if we can save you time and money, we will. Problem not Solved: If within 5 minutes on the phone it is obvious your particular issue requires an onsite visit, then you will not be charged for the telephone support call. Even if the problem isn't completely resolved over the phone and still requires an onsite visit, the information gathered over the phone will often result in less time required onsite. All of our technical team know about the IT Fanatics commitment to customer satisfaction, so if the time on the phone has not been productive towards resolving the problem, we will discount the phone service by up to 50% if you book an onsite service for the same problem.
